Smartish work backpack for flying (Nordace?)

I’m travelling longish haul with work in a couple of weeks. I’ll check in my big bag, but would like to treat myself to a bag (backpack?) for in the cabin. It’ll need to fit laptop, washbag, and general handbaggy stuff etc.

I’ll probably need black or dark grey (but want to avoid it looking “too manly”).

I quite like the Nordace Siena but what else would you recommend I check out?

I have a travel hack 20 litre backpack. I really like it, but check the size of the laptop pocket as mine does not fit, although it does fit in the main pocket.

I have a nordace siena and really like it

I have a Beis expandable backpack that I use for work. Seperate laptop compartment, quite sleek but it expands on days I want to take my gym kit into work and don’t want to have multiple bags. It was a bit of an investment but I love it.
