Sephora have all the favourite teen brands in their AC but it's expensive.

I got my teen the ASOS one with a 25% discount which made it £76. it appeared to have many of those brands (although I don't think it has Wow hair products, which mine also loves).

Boots I think have a good mix of brands for £150.

Glossy box, Benefits, Cult Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury (with the ASOS discount), Lookfantastic are some others that were recommended to me for a teen.

I'm not sure if the ASOS discounts still work as that was over a week ago. They tend to be time limited.

Yeah, I feel quite stressed from it. I know it's not the end of the world, but it's just something else to sort out 😮‍💨 I was so excited about it too.

I feel like I've seen so many with those brands in but now I can't remember any.

The boots premium one does look good and fits in your budget. It has 1 or 2 skincare products which you might need to replace, but it's not as many as some others.

I think if you could stretch your budget and get the sephora one, it has so much in there that you could take out the skincare products not right for teen skin and still have plenty there for her to open 🥰

I'm sure she'll love whichever one you pick though. Do let us know which one you end up buying for her (I get so excited when other people buy stuff 🎊🎉🙌🤣)

It's the 2nd mess with had with a delivery person yesterday 🤦🏻‍♀️ first one, in the morning, they left £100 worth of dog food on the doorstep of our next door neighbours. By the time I'd seen on my phone that they'd left it there, and my husband went out it was no where to be seen. My husband was downstairs watching Simpsons, waiting for it 🤣 I messaged my neighbour who said they'd only just got up so they'd not taken it in. I was half way through sending a crappy email to them when another neighbour knocked and said he'd taken it in so it wouldn't get stolen. But for about 30 mins, I was a right stress head 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 They have a big 27 on their door and we have 29 on ours, how stupid are these people when they can't even read a door number right. (sorry to any delivery people here, I'm sure you're great 🥰)

I bought a £300 coat from M&S, birthday present to self, which was left in someone's porch 4 doors down on a London Street and disappeared. Luckily M&S replaced it for me immediately. Hopefully Liberty will do the same. They once replaced a Beauty edit for which I had entered the incorrect address.

Just to add, always phone customer services, don't email.

Oh no, I was busy last night and forgot about it. Woke up this morning and remembered, so I had planned to purchase today. Hopefully another code will come along soon.

Anyone else get the hump with companies that make it really difficult to see the contents of a GWP? Got the Cult Beauty email about the new Danessa Myricks light work palette being in stock, went to take a look, GWP also available, which was obv intended to make me buy today…. and, honestly, I might have done, if only I could see the contents of the GWP.

I’ve gone round the site a bazillion times - they keep showing me expensive products that add up to the minimum spend (thanks, bit just cus I enjoy make up, I’m not dim, I can do basic addition sums) BUT NOT WHATS IN THE GWP ITSELF.

It's infuriating @AMillionMugsNoTeabags . Sell me all the details of the gwp, it will make me want to buy it so much more!

There was some excellent bits in my local tk maxx this morning if anyone is DIY-ing or just wanting a few more bits! Was very impressed I have to say.

I use the app and it shows under the ‘Discover More’ details when you see the gift.
If all else fails, Beauty Detective has the contents listed.

Has anyone picked up the Aldi BAC today? I was in-store earlier this aft but didn't see any. I didn't look very hard though as I wasn't planning to get one anyway.

I've been to my local Aldi today and I didn't see any either. There were some beauty products out and on offer including the serums. Maybe the calendars have only gone into some stores today.

I have also been to aldi and couldn’t see the bac I don’t think I’ll be buying but was interested to have a look at it

I saw it instore today. They had about 8 left in the store I was in, but most other customers at the time seemed interested in the fragranced candle advent rather than the BAC.

It’s a nice colour but a very small box (only 12 days so that’s understandable I suppose).

I looked at the contents and decided against it.

Edit: it was in an aisle with the other advent calendars, not with the beauty products.

That's so annoying! They really need to be more careful 😡 I really hope liberty replace it before it sells out 🤞 I'll cry if I don't get it. Will they not reply by email? I sent it last night but not had a reply yet.

I saw it in store too, they had 2 boxes of them with each one half full. I was more interested in the baileys copy (Ballycastle is it?!) but decided against it as it only has 3 miniature bottles in it. I didn't see a candle one though, I probably would've got that, I keep looking at the anthropologie candle one.

@JoRaRaRa i think the candle one was £24.99 - it looked a bit like a Yankee candle advent I’ve seen in previous years (possibly hexagon shaped?). Navy and red box.

@Thelifeofawife probably a sign that we've all spent too much 🤣 I didn't buy it either and actually had forgotten about it until it was mentioned on here.

@AMillionMugsNoTeabags i usually look at beauty detective to find out details of gwp as I can never find the details either 🙈

I've just had a look at it online, I don't think it was there, I don't remember seeing one like it, maybe they'd all been snapped up already. Probably a sign that I really don't it, I bought a load of candles from asda last week 😊

I just think speaking to a customer services person means a fast response and they're more likely to be nice.
