@Twinsandsome I have this palette and highly recommend it, it is the one I reach for the most.
I also have a few Natasha Denona palettes, Huda Beauty, Urban Decay but I reach for the Lancôme most days.
I think anyone would be delighted to receive the Lancôme set that has been linked as it is a lovely set and think I worked the RRP to be over £400

I agree, the palette in the Lancôme set is great. The shimmers are lovely.

I also agree with @OvaHere that either the I Need a Nude or I need a Warm from Natasha Denona would be perfect.

If they like colour, the palettes from Cosmic Brushes (small indy brand) are brilliant quality, particularly for the price. About £30 for a twenty pan palette.

Also brilliant for the price (and even cheaper) are the Beauty Bay own brand palettes. Loads of options for colours and sizes. I own loads of eyeshadow palettes and these are the ones I use most.

If you shop around or wait a bit, you can get the lancome set with discount. I wouldn't buy it at £90, I've seen it quite a few times now at £72 with 20% off

Cult Beauty have 20% off today, including hourglass . Very tempted by the Swan palette but I really don’t need it!

Do we think the JL advent calendar will get discounted? I know it's a gamble but I havent bought it yet and I'm tempted to leave it a few more days (at my own risk!)

Don't know. That's the only one I have my eye on for a discount. I definitely don't need another but if there was a good enough discount it might swing it.

Lancome has sold out now of the set so the only place I've seen it as a stand alone product at £90 is Next. Please can you let me know where else I can get it - would love to find it with 20% off!

I had the Lancôme gift set and can attest to have used every single item. The eye shadow palette was a great size and quality, the lip products are new favourites.

separately, I’ve had an email saying TREAT20 gives £20 off the glamour advent calendar for a limited time. Not one I had been interested, but sharing in case it helps anyone here.

Boots now has 10% off taking it down to £135 - STARGIFT10. That’s swayed me to purchase - alongside some boots gift vouchers I received.

I’ve been travelling a lot this month and massively behind on this thread, but I’m surprised to see so many calendars still in stock. I thought that Sephora or CB would sell out once Space NK had gone.

That’s a good deal on Boots but the contents just doesn’t appeal to me. I actually prefer the cheaper boots calendar so would have been more tempted by a deal on that.

Sorry, I don't have time to look today but from memory I think sephora, flannels and frasers have all had it discounted recently. If I get chance, I'll have a look later 😊

I walked past the Rituals shop on Covent Garden earlier and the advent calendar is in the window - it is HUGE!

The Rituals calendar is always absolutely gorgeous as it's not just a box but creates a whole Christmas village scene.

If you're using the 10% off on the boots advent, it's worth checking your advantage card offers, I have an extra 10% off and £7 extra points. Also should be 8.5% back on topcashback so roughly £10 cashback. I'm slightly tempted as the points and cashback make this around £100 but... I don't think I can justify the spend

Can anyone explain how to get the bonus free box at Pwrfume Society please? I’ve put a subscription in my basket with the sign up 15% off but nothing else is showing?

On a side note the website looks a bit iffy on my mobile 😳 assuming it’s all good?!!

I added the fragrance box, and then the subscription. I put my code in for the 15% off and at the check out it showed as just the cost of the subscription.
I haven’t received mine yet, ordered late yesterday. But @JoRaRaRa has received theirs so assume all is above board

I’ve used Perfume Society in the past and it was fine. I’m still using the book of test strips they sent out with my order several years ago
