Lightweight hot brush type styler for MIL

I’d like to get my Mail a hot air styler for her very fine flat hair. She has an ancient hot brush but it doesn’t work like a hair dryer and I think she’d love one that blow dries as well as adding a bit of bounce. Lowest cost possible please if anyone knows of a gel? Thank you!!

I have two. The babyliss come in two barrel sizes depending on the length of hair. The barrel rotates so it’s easy to use. I love it.

Also tried this hot tools one. The barrel doesn’t rotate so you have to move it like a hairbrush but it’s an oval shape so gives good volume. The brush also gets very hot which gripes hair quickly.

I've got fine hair now in a bob and recently bought a Tresemme full finish air styler £20 Argos. It is light and I can get my hair to do what I want it to do.
