In the trenches...

Hi all,

I am on the hunt for a replacement trench. I purchased one a few years ago from Mango, but it now has a stain on it that I am struggling to shift. It is very thin, definitely more of a spring/summer jacket; therefore, now on the hunt for a better Autumn/Winter quality trench whilst I try and shift the stain for next Spring.

Please could I have some recommendations of trench coats worth looking at?

I live relatively remote, and I don't fancy heading into the nearest city with Christmas shopping becoming more likely as the weekends pass. I would equally like to avoid spending more money than required to buy several and have subsequent trips to the Post Office to return all of the ones that I don't like.

Thank you!

NB. The budget is fairly open for the right coat.

I don't think you can go wrong with Hobbs for a trench coat. I've had an olive-coloured one for years, it's so well made.

I love my sezane trench.

@evilharpy yes! I have looked at Hobbs. You just never know if the money spent is worth it vs any other brand.

@slowraindrop i have also seen a lot of good words about Sezane too, I have followed them for some time but never committed to purchasing anything.

Thank you both!
