Boots - a style departure - should I?

I have many boots and tend toward classic with a bar of suede cowboy boots (or two) but I can't stop looking at the soft leather knee length Kasey DM boots

It could be unresolved youth as my Mum wouldn't let me have DM's!

It's a bit off style for me - I tend to wear mainly Sezane in a boringly uninspired way - but I can see them working with shorter skirts. I don't want to look too grunge (as it were in my day) or emo/goth as I run a wine bar so should be sophisticated! Can I make them work?

I probably wouldn’t based on your usual style. I’m not a fan of them personally - even the model can’t pull them off.

I don't like them, which is irrelevant but if you have to ask on here the answer's "no, don't buy them"
