Styling a black skirt

Specifically the black kilt from Sainsbury's!

Got it after seeing it on the dark academia thread but now unsure how to wear it.
Eg, chunky black boots, black tights and jumper with lots of jewellery to lighten the look or

Brown riding boots with a fawn jumper and silk scarf or

Chunky boots, tartan tights and a dark green or red jumper or

Lacey tights with a white shirt and either a black jumper or sleeveless jumper.

Feeling a bit lost and I'm 59, 5ft2 and a 16

Why don’t you try all of those options? There’s no reason why you should wear it in exactly the same way every time you leave the house in it. A black kilt should blend easily into most wardrobes without your having to think terribly hard about it.

Probably am over thinking it, I blame Trinny and Susannah for their "nothing goes with black", been second guessing myself ever since!
