Can anyone recommend me a coat?

I have very smart, very warm wool coats and casual puffer/ anoraks I'm looking for something a bit cooler and not too smart or too dog walker-ish.

I'm a tall 14-16 with a big bust and a budget of £100 (possibly a bit more for something perfect and timeless). What should I be looking for and where should I be looking for it? We are doing a city break just before Christmas (Rome so not freezing but will probably be jacket weather) and I want a nice new coat that doesn't make me look like a sack of spuds.

Over budget but often have offers. Protected Species.
so soft and comfy and totally waterproof. I have had mine 6 years and it’s still looks good.
