Boots have a 25% off premium skincare brands online. Great.
except that although discounted prices are displayed it goes back to the original price and says “offer missed”. It wants me to put in a code but there is no code I can see.

no joy getting through to their technical support/socials. Any ideas? I’ve tried various browsers and devices all the same. Seems to be a glitch unless I’m missing sthg obvious

Oh really? I don’t have any emails from boots. I opted out of them. The website suggests the discount is for all.

Don’t understand your post. It says online only (fine) but you need an offer code which isn’t visible anywhere.

I have tested it as far as checkout with a random item from the deal (Sol de Janeiro set).
I do get the 25% off price without needing a code.

Try SAVE20 or SAVE25. These worked for me previously

It's nothing to do with needing a code, as I've just been able to get through to checkout without using one and it's still giving me the 25% off. It's just one of their standard offers available to everyone, not just recepients of an email code

Well the plot thickens and I’ve now clicked on various items in the 25% off list and some of them end up with the discount and others (including my Clinique even better) don’t. So it must be an annoying glitch.

Update- John Lewis.com have the same offer! Their website works! Happy days
