@Boohoo76 I had a similar issue last year with Liberty- a bit more scrunched than yours- sent photos and they offered £10 off at first. I said I’d rather have an undamaged box which they first agreed to then backtracked and offered me £20 back. I took that.

This year, my liberty was very well packaged with a shaped thick cardboard insert that fit the box top perfectly. I assumed everyone would have the same.

Yes, mine had that insert but it hasn’t stopped it being damaged. Unless it was damaged before that insert was added. Poor quality control if so.

My friend's arrived with a damaged corner too.

I managed to get the OK beauty advent for £58 on Tiktok with a discount code so with that and Liberty I'm going to stop with the advents this year! I have purchased a couple of bits on Vinted (La Mer gloss, MK eye cream, ND face pallette and morphe setting spray) so I will add them to the OK calendar and feel happy enough with what I've got!

I went for SNK fragrance too. I’ve talked myself down from Vogue. I now need to put myself on a perfume buying ban until next year’s AC season. I’m going to open and use HN fragrance now and open SNK on alternate days in December. Probably 😁

Bought Kilian Roses on Ice from Vinted as wanted to try that from HN. Thats taken the edge of not buying SNK Frag. Did order the SNK Jellycat charm though, as think it will look cute sat amongst my skincare stash😂

I have added three of the items from today’s Liberty BD box to my Liberty calendar to replace two of the perfume drawers. That leaves one small empty drawer to replace, then it’s back to ‘full’.

I sold one of the three perfumes I really disliked for just a few pounds today. I thought it was a bit of a stingy offer, but it was doing me no good sitting in a drawer, so off it’s gone

Fenwick have been really funny about the broken Delina despite me sending a picture, saying they want pictures of the outer box, inner calendar and more pictures of the broken item to do an 'investigation' - not quite sure what their investigation will show, that a bottle of perfume broke perhaps?

I've said the outer box is in the recycling so they can't have that. Other companies are so much better with complaints on damaged goods so beware anyone else with a problem with the Fenwick BAC.

I’m so glad you bought the Liberty advent calendar, I know you’ve been thinking about it for a while and great idea to use the beauty drop for the dods!! There were 4 perfumes I really disliked, I sold 2 pretty much straight away but 2 are still on Vinted and I’ve refused silly offers for now, that could change though! I’m staying with BD to save for next years calendar, as others said if it’s not good I’ll use the money for something else I think.

That's really annoying! I'm guessing they've had people lie to them before. I hope you get it sorted and get your delina. It is a really nice perfume 🩷

Tbf given the amount of complaints on these threads alone (see earlier today one about creased cardboard), it’s to be expected companies will step up their checks before just handing out money.

I think it's fair enough, you pay for a premium item it should arrive in premium condition in premium packaging!

I liked the look of it, but can't get my head around paying more now that I saw a PP got it for £48. I now wonder if the PP actually meant £84 and not £48 as I just can't see a BAC worth £600 being sold for £48

Aargh after being so pleased with my virtuousness for only purchasing JL after lots of careful consideration…. I am now looking at Space NK fragrance 😫. My only worry is I’ve never found a malin goetz product I’ve liked and worried the biggest item in the space nk is the strawberry perfume! What do I do wise people?!

Why do you want it @LoveLabradors ? Is it the box you like? Or something else? You can probably buy it sell the full size and have the fun of trying the others.

@BakeOffRewatch probably a little fomo! Most definitely the diptyque candle and there are several perfumes I’m really keen to try. I’m quite low on perfume at the moment so am very excited about my JL perfumes and I suppose I’m a bit giddy looking at the space nk ones!
