Looking for a fairly smart style, ideally without any embellishment, most important is a small heel (2” max) and they should be comfortable enough to walk a reasonable distance. I’ve usually got on well with LK Bennett, though not a fan of many of their styles this season so looking for some alternatives. Dear Frances have some styles I like but they’re a bit too pricey. Budget up to £400 for quality that will last but doesn’t need to be that expensive. I’ve just found that the more expensive end are more comfortable.
