Handbag for wedding

I will be going to a wedding next week and I have very little ready for it. I have a green dress and gold shoes. It's a floor length dress so I won't even see the shoes. I was hoping on getting a gold handbag but I had no luck finding one. I don't like clutch type of bags because they are too small. I like the small handbags.

I found this burgendy handbag but I don't know if that's suitable.

What do you guys think. I like bags with different compartments.

This bag looks bigger than it is. It's like approx an A5 size.

No no... way too chunky and can't imagine it would match a green dress at all. Maybe black or navy if you can't find gold? I would look for a simpler design with a narrower strap

fenwicks sometimes have good and reasonably priced bag makes eg I found this one for a wedding .. I did have a quick look just now but some of the gold clutches I found were sold out

Thank you, I didn't buy it but I think I was considering going back to it another day but I won't. Yeah, that big buckle - no way.

I found a bag on Amazon. Hopefully it will be ok. It's a gold wrist bag.

I really think a wrist bag or a clutch are the only suitable bags for a wedding. Everything else looks wrong.

I bought a gold wrist bag from Amazon.

It is due for delivery on Friday. My event is on Saturday.

Sometimes but not often when I order from Amazon, sometimes the postay not deliver the item on the delivery day.

I am just wondering just I try and go shopping another morning or evening before the weekend to find another bag or will I hope for the best. I will know more as the week goes on. Maybe it might be delivered earlier than stated. I don't know. I might be able to borrow a bag too.
