What is this jacket I keep seeing!?

Basically, I've seen 4 women in the last 3 days wearing a specific jacket, and I think I want one... but can't find it anywhere online.
It is an olive / khaki coloured raincoat / jacket, and the lining of the hood is blue. It looks expensive (to me!)
Any ideas?

All the Marni stuff sells out quickly I guess. I actually have this coat but in a non marni version so no blue hood. It’s very waterproof.
