Biab Discolouration

Are there any nail techs around who can advise why my Biab nails are turning yellowy-green?
I had them done a week ago and noticed the side of one nail was greenish the day after. I assumed the tech had missed taking the coloured gel to the edge on that nail. As the week has progressed, more nails have developed snotty coloured patches.
I've read about "greenies" which is a nail infection but I don't think this is that as it started so soon and it looks more ike the polish is reacting to something?

I had no after-care instructions at all.

That's strange, but not "greenies" so i wouldn't worry about bacterial infection. I've never experienced this but a quick Google kicked up a few ideas - it could be the products used, ot could be down to you exposing your nails to different chemicals for cleaning or something:

I'd message your tech though to let her know in case she has used cheap products.

I’m struggling to think what it could be as it’s getting else day by day. There’s nothing chemical or cosmetic wise that I used yesterday and it’s much worse today than yesterday.

i may see if I can drop into the salon and see what they say. I have a feeling they will try to fob me off.
