Dark puffy eyes

Im 42.
My eyes have always had dark circles under them but recently, they are puffing up too when I smile.
I'm not into cosmetic surgery bit does anyone have any good tips for concealing this or de bagging underneath?

She said doing a lymphatic type massage under the eyes with the ice really helps with dark circles and puffiness. I've been doing it for the last week and it has definitely helped a bit, but no idea if I am doing it right as have just been using ice rather than these, intending to pick some up :)

@Merseymum1980 Thats a really good point. I do drink plenty of water but also a fair bit of pepsi max so that may have something to do with it. I gave up when I was pregnant so I'm going to cut back and see if it makes a difference.
