Has anyone bought anything from Palome? Their ads keep popping up on social media and I’m in the market for a trench coat. This looks great:

I’m wondering if the quality is as good as they say?
Or any other recommendations for a similar price point?

Some experience on this thread. https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/style_and_beauty/5373316-palome-any-experience?reply=147427058

I've had linen, silk and the little crochet top - all lovely. A friend has also bought cashmere and was pleased with it.

I bought some jeans and I wasnt impressed with the quality. Be warned that the returns process was terrible. I had to chase to get my money back. Hopefully they've improved that now but I wouldn't buy from them again.

I had no problem with returns, despite their po-faced message about not returning. (To be honest, I kind of agree with them, but it's not going to stop me returning stuff as I am struggling to get to grips with new size.)

Shame about the jeans - I had quite fancied some of the Wimbledon ones, if they re-stock them.

I had a look on their website but their anti-returns message has really put me off. I do return items frequently but that’s not because I am doing huge try-on hauls but because sizing is so hit and miss. For example, I really don’t think it’s possible to buy a pair of jeans or trousers without trying on a few styles and sizes.

Also - I don’t like how the brand is comparing itself to other brands and banging on about sustainability but is so secretive about where the clothes are actually made!

Thanks all and for the link to the other thread. There is a banner at the top of the website stating free returns so I wonder if they’ve changed the policy recently? Especially for a new brand you haven’t bought items from before, I agree it’s really hard to know your size. I don’t return much from eg Zara and H&M because I’ve bought so much from there I’m confident which sizes fit, or even return much in general, but I’d like to have the option for something which costs the best part of £200!
