(skincare, not LED)

I have a nice long bath once a week and love to relax with a face mask. Over the last few years I've used up whatever I've had in advent calendars/beauty boxes and shockingly I finally find myself without any so I'm planning to actually buy.

My skin is sensitive, post-chemo, menopausal so tends towards dryness and redness. My biggest issue is pigmentation/melasma but for a mask I'm more interested in a lovely sensory experience, visible effects on my skin are a bonus. I use Elemis for most of my day to day skincare, but I'm not enthusiastic about any of their masks.

it needs to be something you apply & rinse off, because if you leave it on I may as well just use it as a night cream. I don't mind if it's budget or premium, I just want something that smells and feels special. I'm not against sheet masks but I'm a bit bored of them - I've bought garniers 12 days of maskmas before and enjoyed it, but I fancy something different.

any recommendations?

I het a monthly delivery of Korean sheet masks from Sonagi and I really enjoy trying new brands. I’ve subscribed for about 6 months have only had two not for me as they are mostly hylauronic or centella based which suits my skin.

I love a sheet mask but my every week mask is Boots No7. Someone bought me a gift set and I almost wrinkled my nose up. But it's my favourite!

If you like rose scents, this is lovely - a fresh rose scent rather than a turkish-delight sweet one:
Pixi Rose Remedy Mask

It's a generous tub and comes with a spatula in the side.
