Suggested items for a self care set for long flight

My SDD is going on a long flight soon, she is 22, and I want to put a self care package so she can have some small comfort during the flight. Can anyone suggest anything suitable she would love. I am looking at spending about £30. Thank you

Some nice lip balm. Maybe some nice face wipes so she can feel refreshed. How about a sleep mask and ear plugs?

My must haves for flying:

The Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask - but the miniature version. A super thick moisturiser to help combat the drying environment of flying.

A decent lip balm - would suggest Laneige.

Chewing Gum

Toothbrush and toothpaste

A ion8 insulated water bottle (you can pick one up at TKMaxx for about £10)

These are things I take: eye mask, ear plugs, headphones, hand cream, lip balm, moisturiser and wipes.

Definitely lip balm. Laneige lip mask is good - for a (much) cheaper (but less exciting) effective solution, blistex intensive lip moisturiser is excellent.
I also like to have face wipes, moisturiser (a cc cream is good to add a little coverage), mascara, toothpaste, toothbrush, roll on deodorant, hairbrush, perfume, compact mirror, , flight socks, eye mask and ear plugs. All minis would be perfect.

Have a look on vinted for any unused first class/ business class in-flight kits from airlines like BA or Emirates. Emirates use Bulgari products which are nice and BA business used to use The White Company iirc. Would definitely be a good starting point.

I take a lip balm, a hand-cream, and my headphones, but beyond that I find kits just don't get used. There is enough going on in my hand luggage without having to include a whole load of other things. Plus, if you're back in economy, trying to push your over-stuffed bag under the seat, everything just gets so cramped and untidy so quickly. Plus you have to walk a LONG way carrying your hand luggage at some airports. While it is a lovely idea, the less the better for me.
