Moda in Pelle warning

Something seems amiss at Moda in Pelle (shoe shop) with lots of people moaning about returns not being refunded. Be warned!

It's definitely not easy to do a return. I bought a bag that was faulty. The design was uneven so the bag was actually wonky. I had to write a long explanation as to why I wanted to return it and include photos. Then after a long delay I was asked to return the bag (at my own expense) for them to inspect it. I eventually got a refund. What I would have preferred to do was just return it like any other normal shop.
