Luminous face powder (not highlighter)?

Help me find a face powder that does the ‘lit from within’ glow, please!

Some days I can’t be bothered with foundation or tinted serum and want a quick and easy swipe of face powder.

I want it to be glowy, not glittery, with a bit of colour to even everything out. Ideally pressed as a loose one will inevitably come undone and leak all over my makeup bag.

I’ve googled ‘luminous face powder’ and can’t work out how they say they are ‘shine reducing for a luminous glow’ - pardon?

So I am here for recommendations please. Or do I just give in to the Charlotte Tilbury Darlings and get their Airbrush Flawless Finish?

(Please not Laura Geller. I tried it and it goes orange before my very eyes. I also had the Hourglass Ambient one years ago and it was OK but shade a bit off.)

Laura Mercier setting powder has a little bit of shimmer, particularly the new blur version.

Hourglass has expanded it's shade range so you should find one that works for you. No chunky glitter shades.

If you are near a SpaceNK you should get some good advice.

No7 do a mineral powder that is good- possibly not glowy enough, and it is loose, not pressed though!

I was considering the Laura Mercier one, so that’s good to know.

My nearest department store / city would be 40 miles away, Solihull or Birmingham, so I can go and check out recommendations at the weekend.

Thanks! I actually looked at that one earlier but I’d have to use the Translucent one as No7 hates cool but pink-toned pale people so none of the ones with coverage will suit me :(

I love the Laura Mercier one and also the By Terry one. I got it in my advent calendar and was surprised how good it is.
