Best detangling spray

Hi All,

Probably the most boring question ever to be asked on here but can I have your recommendations for detangling spray?

I don't know what's going on with my hair at the moment but it's getting so, so tangled and knotted. I wash it every day, use conditioner and leave in conditioner but it's still a tangled mess by lunch time.

I've not done anything different - I have highlights but only once or twice a year and I've always washed it every day . I nearly always let it air dry to mitigate the damage from the highlights so can only assume this is the fucking menopause because what else can it be?

Anyway - has anyone tried anything that's made their hair feel all smooth and amazing recently?

I use the Pantene 3-second gloss. Works great. I’ve also heard really good things about Mane and Tail.

My hairdresser used this on my kids hair. Smells amazing and does the job.
