Ive been looking at these boots on brand alley for a week now but I'm not familiar with the brand. Can anyone recommend them, or alternatively talk me out of them?

They have really poor reviews on trustpilot regarding quality. I've never not had an issue with BrandAlley but at least their customer service is decent
