Patchy eyelashes

I have noticed that I have a bald spot in the middle of my eyelashes on one eye. I have never worn false lashes.
I curl my lashes and use a non waterproof mascara. The gap has been there a few months and there doesn’t seem to be any regrowth.
has anyone used a good lash serum that has helped lashes regrow?

My 15yo dd has noticed her eyelashes have thinned , so she asked me to get her some castor oil (either she read about it or a friend recommended it).

I used to have very gappy lashes. I tried some of the very expensive lash treatments and they did nothing. I’ve been using The Ordinary Multi-peptide lash and brow serum for about two years now and LOVE it. I apply once a night, before bed, and my lashes are lovely and long, with no gaps. Plus it’s dirt cheap.
