Blacktie outfit for evening wedding in Portugal in July

I'm looking for a glamorous (request of brides) outfit for a 4pm wedding in Algarve, Portugal.

I'm 5.7, size 6-8. A pale blond. Like block colours, simple but stylish.

Any suggestions of where to start looking?
