How do you store hair and skin care and make up?

Desperately trying to organise my home, and am looking for ways to store all of my creams etc. My make up tends to stay in make up bags so i can do it wherever suits me best that day (often downstairs while cajoling children to get ready, eat breakfast etc). But all my hair creams, gels and plopping materials etc (curly girl so lots of different stuff for it), and my skincare feels a bit all over the place. Usual storage looks too small, or full of drawers which arent practical for me, so do I just find prettier baskets to keep them all in?
What do you all do? Any pics for inspo would be lovely!

All my getting ready stuff, hair dryer, creams, make up bag etc, is together in a vanity travel case, I sometimes have to get ready downstairs while everyone’s still sleeping or the kids room if my other half has been on nights. It’s easy to grab and take wherever I need it.

Anything I'm currently using,in a little wicker basket on top of the chest of drawers, which matches the ottoman. Hair products in bathroom cabinet.

Curly hair stuff, Inc hairdryer is in a large basket at the bottom of the wardrobe. Straight hair stuff is in a small basket at the top, plus curling wand & straighteners. This works okay for me.
Skincare that I use daily is in a small basket on my bedside table. I don't like it there, but it's the only way it gets used regularly.
Make up I need a new solution for, as it's in my drawers and spreads too quickly. I can probably get rid of most of it, I don't know why Im resisting.

Shampoo in bathroom, volumising spray and hairspray on bottom shelf of a bookcase near where I dry my hair. That's all my hair products.

Moisturiser, eye cream, hand cream, body lotion in a small group on the chest of drawers in my bedroom along with a mirror. Everything else in the top drawer of that chest, or the bathroom cabinet.

All make-up fits in one make-up bag which I keep downstairs and only use if I'm going out

I work on the principle of having everything not used every day, or almost everyday, put away so as not to gather dust.

I have two hairdryers. One on my dressing table upstairs and one downstairs in the living room for when I need to leave early and dry my hair downstairs and not disturb sleeping DH. I keep it in a basket with a spare hairbrush.

On my dressing table I keep all of my makeup in a bag from TKMaxx like this: Large cosmetic bag. I can easily carry it to the bathroom or downstairs if I need to get ready in another room.

Perfumes and my hairbrush are kept on my dressing table.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc are all kept in the shower.

Skincare is kept in the cupboard above the sink along with toothbrush and toothpaste.

I have two baskets in the cupboard under the sink. A smaller one which has things I use more regularly e.g. sanitary pads, body lotion and body scrub. I have a larger one where I keep any extra products I'm not currently using. I have certain brands I like so tend to stock up when they're on sale for use at a later date. I also keep spares in there like extra packets of toothpaste, mouthwash etc so we don't ever run out.

Skincare on a shelf in the bathroom, I don't have loads. Shampoo in the shower. Hair stuff in my bedside cabinet, as that is where my dryer and irons are. Make up in baskets in the drawer of my bedside cabinet

Oh thank goodness, I thought I was the only one that didnt have a brilliant set up of everything all together!

I like the idea of a vanity case @Bibby98 I don't know why I hadn't thought of that!

I do have a hairdryer downstairs with my diffuser and water spray bottle. I'll get a basket for that.
Shampoos and conditioners are all in the shower, although I have a leave in conditioner that I dilute into one of my water sprays for refreshing each day between hair washes.

I have night time creams on my bedside as like @anon2022anon if it's not nearby I forget it. Day creams are in the fridge or beside my make up bag which lives on my side of the sofa. I'll get a basket for these as well!

Hair creams and mouse etc I already have in a basket on my chest of drawers so it's handy for when Im fresh out of the shower. I'll keep them there but get a nicer basket.

I'll be the queen of pretty baskets by the end of this!!
