Nail wraps - glaize etc

I keep seeing adverts for stick on nails… anyone use them and recommend them?!

I’m a middle aged mum with little time but after years of wearing gel nails I think it is time to take a break. My natural nails used to be fabulous. I’d like to get them back to that but still look well turned out.

dressed nails but without the time needed for a manicure twice a week with normal nail varnish. And without the damage from gel / shellac nails every 2 weeks!

are Glaize the answer to my prayer? Or is there another type of nail wrap you would recommend?

or is this holy grail of nail care a load of rubbish and I need to stop this wishful thinking and accept regular manicures or stick with the gel?!

I didn’t get on with Glaize at all - the sizing was very off but I am definitely a fan of nail wraps . I have bought from a few places - I use the ones that don’t need UV curing normally and sometimes do nave to hunt for plain colours.
I would say well worth a try OP

Thanks @MavisBarrel
which wraps have you loved the most? I also want to use the ones which don’t need UV curing.

Lily and fox are Australian so take a while to arrive but a lot cheaper than Glaize

I'm interested in this - I keep having Holy Grail Nail advertised at me. Is it any good?

I use Holy Grail Nail. If you follow the instructions carefully and put them on last thing at night so they have time to dry out properly overnight, they’re brilliant. They last me about a week. They also do gels if you want something more long lasting. The gels were good for three weeks on me - housework, two dogs and two small children. They are like normal gels though and you have to soak them off, otherwise they damage your nails.

Edited to add that if I just use the wraps, I use a clear gel polish over the top and set it for a minute with a led lamp . It makes a big difference to longevity and doesn’t affect ease of peeling off.
