Help- Returns to M&S

Given up trying to call them!

Can anyone help? Do you have to take it back to the store chosen during the online returns process?

I've completed the online form and got my QR code .

Their default store selection came up with 'best choice' 14 miles away! Goodness knows why.

I tried to choose the next shop on the list (8 miles away) hovered with the cursor (using a desk top pc) and before I knew it the form was 'complete' - not able to change it.

Can I take my return to my nearest store and will the QR code work there?

Twice out of the last three times I’ve had a return, the QR code scanning machine has been out of action, so an assistant just did the return over the counter in the old way.

So I would go to your nearest store and give it a try. Either the QR code works or you just go to the counter as if you didn’t have one.

Yes, the return code will work in any store, providing it’s not a food hall

That's great, thanks both.

I've not ordered online from M&S for years so this is all new!

Just return it at the counter, I always do that anyway

Thanks. I didn't want a 14 mile trek if I can do it closer.

Yes you can return to any store no problem

You can just return it to counter, you don't actually need to do the online returns.
