10 year old breaking out help!

So my ten year old is in the throws of hormones.
She's got breasts, Hair in places like alot of hair, and her face has broken out so badly.

What can I use that will help her but also not cause her to come out worse than what it is? She's so self conscious of her face she hides behind her hair mostly.

I don't know what to use as I only have small break outs but I use things that would very harsh on her skin.

Any help would be amazing!

dermalogica special cleansing gel. You want something gentle not harsh. Wash every morning and night with it.
also make sure her hair is washed regularly if she’s hiding behind it.

Ask the pharmacist or GP for a topical solution. Don't buy off the shelf stuff. Use soap and water to cleanse the skin.
