If you are a jeans person - how many pairs do you own?

I will live in jeans and a jumper from now until April. Trying to sort out my wardrobe at the moment and I have so many pairs. It’s stupid. I wear them all the time but still, there must be a limit! If you’re also a jeans person - how many pairs do you have?

4 pairs.
A decent black, a decent blue, the previous decent black or blue pair now relegated to garden chores, and a light grey summer.

About a dozen. Current favourite are Zara wide legs and Next longer length boot cuts.

I will never ever find jeans as good as Gap long and leans which fitted me perfectly and made my arse look ace. Best jeans ever.

2 pairs. Need to get more eva bootcut from mns, so comfy!!!!

I’m not at home right now but I’d hazard a guess at about 10 pairs ranging from skinny to wide leg jeans, with them being black to grey to blue. I live in jeans from this time of year through to about April. Brands include Levi to H&M as at five feet nothing, it’s quite hard to find jeans that fit well at a price I can afford

Straight legged old faded pair that I wear for watching rugby in the winter as they are the only pair that wellies fit over.
I'd like some washed black/grey ones.

I find it mind boggling that some people have 20 or 30 pairs. Where do you store them all?? You must have a lot of wardrobe space.

About five worn regularly, but another few in smaller sizes (in loft). Three Blues in different shades plus one black and one faded black. All bootcut.

8 or 9 but I am still searching for the perfect pair.

The Morrison's jeans were an amazing find. They are really good quality and extremely comfortable. They are a little too short but I pass them off as ankle grazers.

2 pairs of Levi XL Straight - one black and one medium blue. They're my favourites
1 pair of Uniqlo Baggy Curve
1 pair of Hollister Low Rise Baggy in medium blue which are not as wide as the Levis
1 pair of dark wash wide legs from Next

Also 1 park of dark blue Levi XL Chino and and Levi XL Straight light blue in the linen mix but they're summer jeans so have been put away now.

7 in the size I am now and 3 in a size down. I’m losing weight so refuse to buy any more in my actual size! Once I settle into a size I’m sure my collection will grow

Black wide leg high waist ones from Tesco (bought on a whim in the sale but they’re now my faves)
skinny slightly cropped levis (faded black)
a few pairs of Next skinnies from a vinted bundle(mix of dark blue & black)

5 that fit , 3 Levi’s & 2 from M&S , all skinny jeans , same style , just different colours .

Three pairs. One ‘best’ pair from Poetry, one pair from Mint Velvet & one pair of Levis, worn from Autumn thru’ Spring. I rarely wear anything else. I don’t get why anyone would need more.

9 pairs & that shocked me. I thought I was becoming more minimalist. One is a dog walking pair of skinnys.

3 barrel - Sienna miller in white & black. Uniqlo baker jeans in indigo.

2 straight leg cropped button fly jeans & my favourite but a little too big now - M&S old.
Mango cropped straight black.
Uniqlo J W Anderson straight in a dark indigo.

1 M&S wide leg lyocell jeans with pintuck.

I only have 2 pairs that fit me. Levis ribcage dark denim wide leg. Medium denim Levi’s 501 cropped. I have lots of skinny’s that don’t fit me any more. I should just get rid of them.

I don’t consider myself a jeans person, but I have at least ten pairs, lol, including the ones I can remember:

Levi 501 boyfriend straight leg
A pair of All Saints barrel style
BDG wide leg ones from Urban Outfitters
Numerous pairs from All for Mankind including straight leg, boot cut, and wide leg in different colours.

Christ, I've got loads 😅. I'll probably be buried in them.

I wear jeans most of the time, so usually have a few pairs that I alternate ranging from ones I'd go out in to those I'd only garden in. Current total is as follows:

Two wide-legged cropped - one black, one blue - Fatface
Three girlfriend in various stages of use - also Fatface
One slightly loose pair from Toast that I can't remember buying but am currently wearing a lot
One black/grey straight leg from M&S that I can't currently fit into
One blue straight leg from M&S that are only fit for gardening.

4: I alternate between 2 pairs for daily wear, and keep 1 for slightly smarter occasions. I’ll rotate the smart pair into daily wear, when I buy new jeans. The 4th pair is kept for painting.

I’m very minimalist and I’m slow to adopt new styles. I have other clothes too, but jeans are a staple.
