Perioral Mounds

hi! Im only 29 and seem to have developed Perioral Mounds:( any treatment suggestions? P.s got fake tan on and it makes them look worse…

Mm I wondered. It might be related. I’d go see someone good who does filler - not the person who did yours - and ask if it might be the filler migrating, as this can be a cause of perioral mounds. You’re too young and slim
for it to be ageing or excess fat.
