Boring suede protector question

I've just ordered some suede birkenstock boston clogs and wondered what suede protector spray you would recommend?

The birkenstock kit is a bit pricey so looking for alternatives if possible.

Crep shoe protector is excellent, although also not cheap. But you’ve just spent the thick end of £100 on a pair of essentially sandals, don’t skimp on protecting them.

I've used Clarks leather and suede protector for years and never had any water damage. I spray them as new and then top up every couple of months after using leather or suede cleaner. I'm wearing 14 year old leather boots today and I've always looked after them this way. They still look good.

I use this one attached as it's non-toxic.
I use it on shoes, bags & leather/suede jackets.
