my under eye area is looking so dark lately. In the past I've used Nars Radiant, could try it again but I think I need something a bit more heavy duty.

Any suggestions please? Also any tutorials that show great application tips.

Gosh I’d love suggestions for this too

YSL Touché Eclat. Nothing else tops it.

I've been impressed with Beauty Pie Superluminous Under Eye Genius, with my usual concealer on top.

Tarte shape tape concealer - need a tiny amount and it doesn't crease. I think it's made of magic.

Are they white woman ‘dark’ circles or woman of colour dark circles? If the latter you’ll need a strong colour corrector first. Or a colour corrector, powder, skin tone concealer, powder, foundation, powder, brightening concealer routine if you’re young.

I love the Beauty Pie one

Mumwithbaggage · 18/09/2025 00:08

Beauty Pie here too. I'm over 60 - forst time I've found something that works.

pippapipps · 18/09/2025 00:12

Mac conceal and correct palette in light works for me.. I've wasted so much money on all types of concealer and correctors over the years Mac palette is my go to now

I find Nars awful, don't know why it's so popular! Made me look 95 years old.

I find an under eye illuminator much better, Becca did an amazing one and Beauty Pie does a dupe now.

So that under whatever make up you have. Less is more imo. Also make sure you prep your under eye really well, maybe a primer.

NowWhatUsernameShallIHave · 18/09/2025 17:57

You need a corrector to go under the concealer first

what skintone and undertone are you?

TonytheTRex · 18/09/2025 21:29

I know it's not a concealer but I started using the Roc under eye balm and it's made my dark circles reduce loads, it's in a sort of lip balm applicator. I suffer with really dark under eyes (runs in the family) and it's the first time I've found something that really helps. I also use the concealer from trinny London in the squeeze tube x

Huda colour corrector then Tarte shape tape concealer… My magic combo….

Nars radiant creamy needs a really good colour match and a light hand. I use peach based colours for my circles on top of a colour corrector or lipstick and it works. And my circles are properly dark - ie several skin shades darker than my skin.
