Warm waterproof coat/jacket

I am after a new waterproof in black and quite thick/warm. I don’t want padded/quilted and detachable hood would be good. Budget up to £100-any suggestions?!

I'd go for waterproof over warm and layer up in colder weather for more flexibility. On days like today, you need a waterproof, but will be far too warm in anything designed to keep you warm.
