Sweatshirts for perimenopause...

I was wondering if anyone could advise on which brands make lighter sweatshirts that can be worn indoors/by someone experiencing the dreaded hot flashes.

In general, I find that sweatshirts are too thick and fleecy, and have really tight crew necks that give me a rash.

I used to have a really nice Michael Kors one that was very light and stretchy and had a looser neck. Not scoop or boat neck necessarily, but a larger neck would be really useful.

Any ideas? I'm checking eBay and Vinted for vintage MK but nothing so far.

I think fabric is important (100% cotton). I’ve got a couple of nice lightweight sweatshirts from Seasalt this year and last, and a nice one from Scamp & dude that’s lovely now the season has turned that little bit. I also think fit makes a difference - slightly looser will be more forgiving temperature wise as the air can circulate a bit better. So consider one size up.
