Hi does anyone have this coat ? Just wondering if it’s warm and also if it’s ok in the rain ?
another tip would be do you tie it like a dressing gown or in a bow ? I’m imagining me in it looking frumpy when I’m considering buying this to look more polished with jeans and boots but also warmth thank you

I've got this coat and more than one child has commented that it looks like a dressing gown! I however, love it. It looks smart and is pretty warm but no use in the rain.

Thanks do you leave the belt like a gown or bow it ? It looks a lovely smart coat which I’m really considering buying

This coat is really ubiquitous in my area. I have the short version myself. It's smart looking on for sure, and good quality. It's warm but definitely not suitable for the rain. I tie mine like a dressing gown. This style has been out for a good few years now so there are hundreds on vinted.

I have this coat in purple and wear it all winter. I just carry an umbrella.

Lovely coat, a real Ted Baker classic. I’ve got one, as does my DSis and SIL. All in different colours.

That's a gorgeous coat. Lots of reporters seem to have it in various colours if you watch the news on tv.

I have this (ubiquitous) coat in a shorter version in a deep pink. It’s a wool coat, not a raincoat, but it’s lovely. I knot the belt in that Instagrammer, not quite dressing gown style, but no clue what you’d call it.😆

I also have this coat. It is gorgeous! Proper shoulder pads. Love the neckline with the magnet closure. Do be careful not to clunk the waist tie against the car. And no it’s not waterproof but with a brolly it’s great.

I have it too, in camel. Absolutely love it, one of my best purchases. It's not ubiquitous here in Australia although I have seen a TV journalist wearing one. I wouldn't let the rain touch it. It gets lots of compliments.
