Comfy but nice looking tops

Anyone got any suggestions for winter cardigans/ jumpers/ tops for me....I'm a bit saggy and baggy these days with a bit of a tummy....I'd like something that sits well and looks nice. I want to stop looking like a bag of spanners on top.

Have you looked at Phase Eight? The quality is always exceptional, and they have very flattering cuts.

I’ve just bought one of the Hush puff shoulder tops. It’s a lovely cut and very flattering, although their quality can be very hit and miss.

I like Uniqlo jumpers but make sure you're wearing a good, supportive bra. I can recommend side support mesh bras by M&S.

How old are you? I'm getting on a bit, so this might not be right for someone under 50, but I always buy a Woolovers tunic in merino cashmere blend. They come in lots of different colours, they hang well, look smart and get lots of compliments. They are classic basics rather than very fashionable but they work with everything from jeans to cords or smart work trousers.

I also love Uniqlo for more casual, slobbing-around looks. They hang well and definitely hide the lumps but they are cosy rather than smart.

I agree, I’ve given up with Hush now because of the variation of the quality.

Yes that sounds like the sort of thing that would work..I'm older and dont need high fashion any more. Longer things work better and also the poster who suggested a good bra. That probably helps. I'll have a look at Uniqlo and Woolover
