Wedding footwear

I am going to a wedding in February and don’t have any idea what to wear on my feet. I’m wearing a calf length black dress - slightly bohemian in style. I’m looking for suggestions that would suit a winter wedding but I don’t want to wear heels. Any ideas?

I'd go for some ankle boots with a little block heel, maybe coloured leopard/snake skin type ones to 'lift' the black?
