Perfume making recommendations

Hi, has anyone had an in person perfume making session they would recommend?

I really fancy giving it a go as I just can’t find a perfume I like at the moment.

But I’m hoping for a really nice perfume from an expert, not the type more focused on a nice afternoon experience.

Ideally not in London

I did a short 'themed' one with https://www.4160tuesdays.com/events.html - it was pretty good, but their longer sessions are more London based, and the themed ones are based around a concept and in association with a brand (e.g. the one I did was 'gin' themed, so lots of ginny botanicals)

The other option is to visit a specialist perfume shop that stocks more 'indie and niche' brands on a quiet day. There's one in Knutsford called PoP and both of the owners have spent a lot of time with me talking through what I liked, and sniffing loads of bottles until I found something I liked. They were good in that I didn't have to be 'precise' in the scent ingredients, I discussed various things I liked and the mood they evoked (e.g. Crafty cigarrette behind the stable block). Both times they sorted me out with something I'd have never browsed, but I have loved since.

Are you anywhere close to the north west?

And I guess if the OP wanted an AI response she could have got one from her own device @guddansharma.
