Cotton ankle wrinkle socks

I like to wear black socks that wrinkle at the ankles, with my ankle boots, in a nod to my 80’s youth. The only ones I’ve found are from Primark, but they are not cotton and make my feet sweat. Anyone know of any cotton ones?

I wonder if you're talking about what I used to call slouch socks. Uniqlo sells them.
