Recommendations for eye bag removal surgery.

After recovering from being very ill which involved a rapid weight loss, I've regained the weight but now have puffy eyebags that no creams, Korean pads will alleviate. Looking for recommendations from people who have had this surgery done. Willing to travel anywhere in the UK and Europe but not Turkey. TIA.

@PersephoneParlormaid , I'm not usually on tiktok, but after seeing how big some people's eyebags are, I've realised mine aren't bad at all! Will try the Chinese massage though.
