Could anyone recommend safe non toxic kids shampoo and conditioners?

I don’t think any shampoo sold in the UK is toxic

What do you mean by non-toxic? If you want hypoallergenic then child's farm fragrance free or aveeno are both good (when he was a toddler my son's skin was super sensitive, happily it has become less sensitive now).

One of the only plastic free shampoos in the high street is Vosene. Avoid the kids version as it has plastic in :(
