Could anyone recommend safe non toxic kids shampoo and conditioners?

I don’t think any shampoo sold in the UK is toxic

What do you mean by non-toxic? If you want hypoallergenic then child's farm fragrance free or aveeno are both good (when he was a toddler my son's skin was super sensitive, happily it has become less sensitive now).
