Really soft work shoes needed that arnt old fashioned

Hi can anyone recommend soft work shoes that won’t rub my feet . I’ve tried on so many shoes this weekend and they are all so stiff or look so old fashioned . Please can anyone help I’ve got lots of walking to do in my job but want to look nice too

When you find out please can you let me know!! I can not bring myself to buy sketchers!
nothing wrong with sketchers but I just feel old in them 🤣
