Alternatives to Fitflop rally trainers for those with sensitive feet!

My feet are hard to please and the only trainers I can currently wear without the aid of insoles are Fitflop rally and one pair of Asics running shoes from 5 years ago (the newer models don’t seem to work for me).
I would love some dark coloured trainers for the winter that will stand up to occasional wet weather, and look ok with wide leg jeans/trousers for casual wear. Fed up with Fitflop rally. Any ideas? Am open to options with removable insoles but struggle with the really flat styles that I’d like to wear (eg adidas etc).
In terms of style I like Nike, the 2000 style Asics/New Balance, the slightly platform Golas etc. Don’t want white/pale trainer as will get trashed in the winter.
Just wondered if anyone has found the holy grail of style v comfort?

I wear Fitflop F mode trainers in winter as they have the wobbleboard technology thing. I do wear rally's but the f mode are far more comfortable.

I wear Pumas at the moment. So comfy. Not fashionable, but I don’t feel frumpy in them.
