I’m being inundated by adverts on FB for Halara jeans and I’m beginning to feel tempted. Has anyone got any of these jeans and would you recommend them?

I gave in and ordered 2 pairs yesterday. Waiting to see if they are any good as soon as I get them. I am worried about the sizing, I ordered a size up.

I have a pair, lovely and comfortable, stylish, im a 16/18 and they did feel snug around the waist/things but i think thats my disordered perception of myself.

My friend has 5 pairs she loves them so much!

Thanks so much for comments. I got tempted to buy something from FB a couple of years ago and was well and truly ripped off so it’s good to hear they are as comfortable as they say. I’m a size 14/16 and have been looking at the wide leg with the tummy control. I’m so tempted!

I hate them. None of the sizes fit me anywhere , they are too long and not comfortable. Plus they took three weeks to arrive from the US. If you are a 14 to 16 you can have these for free. Ill post them to you if you pm me.

I love them. Have three pairs and a pair of work trousers. They are very slightly too long (I am 5'4") but very very comfortable.

I was going to order some, but unsure of sizings. Iam 14/16
Can you not send them back? If not I won't bother ordering them.

My sister had some that look quite nice, she’s a size 8 though so most things look nice to be fair!

Halara is a Chinese company that seems to have a better reputation than shein and Temu but I'm not sure it's warranted. I have a halara skirt I bought on eBay and it's very nice. I also have an almost identical skirt from Temu and a pair of the stretchy cross waistband jeans from Temu. The skirt is less finished than the halara one but otherwise feels very similar. The jeans are great. If you want to buy from halara because it's more ethical than shein and Temu then you're probably falling for the hype.

They came from the US and took weeks to arrive so not really feasible. I much prefer cotton traders jeggings which are similar and fit perfectly.

I love mine. I have two pairs and two more on the way. I find standard jeans uncomfortable and they never fit properly now I’m old and have a tummy but Halara ones are just so soft and don’t dig in anywhere or gape at the back. I’ve converted colleagues at the school I work at and INSET days now double as a Halara showcase. Fabulous jeans!

That’s so kind of you but reading the comments on here I think they will be too long for me. I’ve actually managed to get a really nice pair of wide legged jeans from M&S now.

Could you sell them on vinted or somewhere and recoup some of your money?

Not jeans, but I bought one of their dresses and it was awful. Sweaty plasticky fabric that crumpled instantly. To be fair they did refund without me needing to post back to China so it went to the charity shop.

Nowadays I message on FB to ask where returns would be sent to if it doesn’t fit. Lots say China, so are a no-no for me.

whatsit84 · 20/09/2025 10:51

I love the jeans (I am 5ft 8 so the long length is good for me) but also got some trousers that are more sort of woolly and the quality is defo not as good as the jeans. The top I got from them is ok. I’d have the jeans again though as a PP says, super comfy!

onlyoneoftheregimentinstep · 20/09/2025 10:54

I bought two pairs after reading another thread on here a few months ago where the feedback was predominantly positive. I love them, and have since bought two more pairs. I’ve had compliments on them from my young adult DC too!

joanneligthelm · 20/09/2025 11:03

I love mine just ordered another pair ! Very comfortable they do 3 lengths I am 5,7. And the regular are. Great . I bought mine from. Halara UK tick-tock shop. They don't have full range. But 20-30 key items. And always arrive about 2 days later as it is from stock held in UK
