Stylish but practical rain coat

Any recommendations for a stylish rain mac that provides the following:

• breathable
• waterproof
• can be worn over suit jackets
• slightly fitted
• possible hood
• something that looks stylish more than practical
• a hood if possible
• suitable for a shorter person (5ft)

A bit over budget but eye-catching and v different from standard raincoats on the High Street and offered in many different sizes, including petite, is RainSisters. Can't vouch for the quality but remember having seen the brand discussed here before.
