How to stop heatless curls dropping

As the title- I got some new heatless curlers (a set of 3 that you roll up into sections). Put them in for 3 hours yesterday and when I took them out my hair looked lovely but it dropped so quickly! I had freshly washed and dried hair with only money spray in it (leave in conditioner) and sprayed liberally with hairspray when I took the rollers out but it just didn’t last.
Any products or tips which would help with this? I’m gutted as by the end of the evening I had some volume but most of the shape was gone!

You have to put it up wet and leave it to dry. I normally sleep in them. Or blow dry to take some of the moisture out, then roll, then blow dry to dry.

lots of spray before you take them out and some mouse before you put them up potentially? Depending on your hair.

Lol. Sorry, no advice, but I misread your thread title. Thought it said ‘how to stop heartless curls dropping’. I agree, very heartless of them to drop! 😆

Haha it does feel heartless! I’ve got some styling mousse so will try using them damp with mousse tonight! I can never sleep with them in though
