What is Lilysilk Quality Like?

I know they have been around for years but I have not bought anything.
Something in their marketing puts me off - influencer promotional route, so many colour options, not sure… But they do have a lot of things that are exactly what I need but cannot find anywhere else.

Please can you let me know your thoughts on silk quality, thickness, colour resistance in wash, stitching, fit big or small? Also the shiny silk, I am not sure about - my currents blouses are from Boden and Sezane are quite thin but well made and matte. Thank you.

I’ve been looking as well but also worry that so many influencers appear to be working with them. Following out of interest.

It’s all hand wash only which puts me off the clothing tbh. I’ve had a couple of pillowcases from there and they are lovely BUT they fell apart in the washing machine - my fault for not following the hand wash only instructions so I’d definitely not risk the clothes

Bought a couple of work tops from them as like you said, they were the exact style I needed. Absolutely terrible quality and very odd shapes and sizes. I sized up but the fit was still completely off, waste of money even though they were cheap. Unless you are very thin and flat chested ie the kind of shape where anything looks good on you, I’d stay away.
