Lipsticks - talk to me

Fed up with wasting money on cheapo ones (as an experiment.)
I'm overwhelmed by all the brands, textures etc.

I have given up on my Clinique in Beige after they changed the formula. Now too chalky and pink.

Bobbi Brown Pink Nude was another staple but now £££ and slightly too bright/dark for me.

I'm happy to go for higher end brands if I can find the right shade. Looking for pinky beige but not brown-beige.

So far I've wasted money on Elf (too dark), L'oreal (too pale, too pink, or too dark), Boots Collection (too pale.)

I am happy to look at higher end - so what to look at?

I won't go as high as £40 so between £25-£30 (and I'll wait for 20% off.)

Maybelline long lasting is brilliant. Still moist but lasts all day

Mac? They have infinity shades and formulas

YSL is nice too

Revlon on Amazon. Loads of shades. About £5.
I think Cappucino is a beigy pink. 🤔

Rimmel 320 Silky Beige. I wore Alarm from this range on my wedding day and it lasts really well.

MAC - love these lipsticks.

MAC have so many different formulas and shades. I’d head there and see what you find.

Mac twig us a nice pinky brown

I would say MAC Twig as well.

Charlotte Tilbury do great pinky-beige shades in various formats - between £20-30 or so.

I have the refillable one from Lisa Eldridge - I tried in person as wasn't sure of shades

Apart from that I'm not your person as I like the Dr Pawpaw lip oils or the Clarins toffee shimmer lip tube thing
