Dropped four sizes - need new wardrobe!

As the title says over the course of the last year I have lost over 5 stone and dropped fron a size 20 to a 12. I have about £400 this month to get some autumn essentials plus another £100 JL voucher but I am in need of suggestions to pull a coherent capsule wardrobe together. I am good for coats and shoes and I have sorted my work wardrobe from Vinted (very formal work environment so no crossover). I have also bought two pairs of jeans and a set of basic long sleeve tops from Rapanui (white, black, navy).
I am late fifties, greying blonde (cool summer) hourglass shape (gone from 38J to 32 G so still pretty big on top) and tend to like blues, greens and pinks though open to other colours except brown which I loathe.
Please could anyone give me suggestions for spending the limited amount of money wisely to put together a capsule wardrobe for autumn? I need to move out of my Marks and Seasalt comfort zone but on the other hand I do have a 20% off voucher for Marks this week!
Mostly I need outfits for weekends, general pottering and pub meals out with friends kind of thing and maybe one nice "out out" outfit. I do use Vinted but would like to get some new stuff with this money. I am open to any and all suggestions but need to buy online as I won't have access to physical shops for a few weeks.
Thanks so much if you got this far!

Good jeans for going out. Marks and Spencer has a wide selection so worth spending some time looking for the right style that’s right for you. Beware the sizing is inconsistent even in the same size and style so if you decide to buy multiples then make sure you try them on. I would go the Vinted or charity shop for nice casual tops. I would also spend on some good boots for winter and casual shoes. Accessories can be picked up cheaply at charity shops and Vinted no doubt.

Thank you. I have bought a pair of dark wash Sienna jeans from Marks in a dark wash and am contemplating black cords and grey flannel trousers from Uniqlo. I would love some ideas on tops. I am so used to buying big baggy tops that cover my spare tyre and arse and it's probably 20 years since I actually tried to wear a shorter top or actually tuck something in. I also rocked the tunic and leggings look for way too long - they have all been chucked out now. If anyone was able to suggest outfit ideas for the kind of trousers mentioned I would be so grateful.

I also had a slightly mad moment and bought this silver skirt for £6 on Ebay - thinking of wearing with a plain black Rapanui top and silver trainers unless anyone has any better ideas?

Me too 5 stone, I've been buying a lot of clothes from ebay, I got a brand new seasalt jumper that is gorgeous for £20, some snakeskin style boots from River Island also new for £8.
It's amazing how much new and reduced stuff you can get on there.

There is a silver skirt thread on Style and Beauty which I started. It's full of fashion tips for styling silver skirts.

Thank you - I will have a look. I would like to be brave and wear it out and about rather than just saving it for dressy occasions

That's great. I just bought a leopard print dress on there for £7! Well done on your weight loss too! I am loving having the old me back!
