Going out/party top

If you had to buy something for a birthday party what would you buy. It's in a function hall, DJ, food and drinks. Can you help. I am rubbish at smarter stuff. I am a 12/14. Won't wear anything sleeveless. Needs to be flattering as I am big boobed. Hate patterns and can't wear black or white as I look dead in both!

I have jeans and I can get shoes and a bag easily from vinted etc. thank you for helping.
